She will then clean your skin and may apply numbing cream/spray to minimize any discomfort you may experience during the procedure. Dr. Thiara will inject the fillers/neurotoxins into the targeted areas using small, sterilized needles. As the procedure has no downtime, you can then return home immediately after receiving the injection.

Injectables are referred to as any type of medication that is administered by injection. Fillers are a type of injectable that enhances collagen production to fill in wrinkles and fine lines.
While you can see some instant cosmetic improvements, fillers take up to two weeks to fully integrate into your skin, so after that, your results will look even better.
Before getting injectables, you should not:
- Wax, bleach, or tweeze the treatment area.
- Take over-the-counter pain relievers.
- Drink alcohol for 2-3 days before the procedure.
- Take supplements including vitamin E, Primrose oil, ginseng, garlic, etc.
Post-treatment, you should not:
- Touch, rub, or massage the treated area for 24 hours.
- Expose the treated area to sunlight for 1-2 days.
- Exercise for a few days.
- Wear makeup for 24 hours.
You must avoid sleeping on your side for 1-2 days after getting fillers.
